Abstract: การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกเข้าสังกัดของ นักฟุตบอล: กรณีศึกษา สโมสรฟุตบอล จังหวัดระยอง ได้ทำการเก็บรวบรวมแบบสอบถามจำนวน 52 ชุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ซึ่งผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยนักนักฟุตบอลทั้งตัวจริงและตัวสำรอง จำนวน 52 คน เป็นนักกีฬาคนไทย จำนวน 35 คน และชาวต่างชาติ จำนวน 17 คนโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละและค่าเฉลี่ยใช้ตารางไขว้ (Crosstabulation) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 25 ปีมีสถานภาพในทีม เป็นตัวสำรองมีสถานภาพโสดมีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีมีสัญชาติไทย มีรายได้ 6,000 – 8,000 และมีระยะเวลาในการทำสัญญาจ้างนักฟุตบอลระหว่าง 6 เดือน – 1 ปี ผลการศึกษาพบว่าภาพรวมของการเลือกเข้าสังกัดของนักฟุตบอล กรณีศึกษา สโมสรฟุตบอลจังหวัดระยองทุกคนให้ความสำคัญต่อการเลือกเข้าสังกัด โดยระดับความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง นักฟุตบอลมีระดับความสำคัญต่อปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเข้าสังกัดของนักฟุตบอลอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้งหมด โดยปัจจัยด้านการส่งเสริมสโมสรมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือปัจจัยด้านสถานที่ ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ และปัจจัยด้านเงินเดือนการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกเข้าสังกัดของนักฟุตบอล พบว่าอายุที่แตกต่างกันมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์แตกต่างกัน สถานภาพในทีมที่แตกต่างกันมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยด้านสถานที่และปัจจัยด้านการส่งเสริมสโมสรแตกต่างกัน รายได้ที่แตกต่างกันมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ปัจจัยด้านสถานที่ และ ปัจจัยด้านการส่งเสริมสโมสรแตกต่างกัน

Abstract: This independent study aimed to study factors influencing a football team selection of a football team Player: A Case Study of football Club, Rayong Province. The study was conducted with 52 people (100 percentages). The questionnaire consists data collection of 35thailand player and 17 foreigner players. Then, the data were analyzed with the descriptive statistics including frequencies, percentages, means mode and cross-tabulation. The majority of the respondents are age below 21-25 years old, single status, graduated on bachelor degree, income ranging between 6,000-8,000 baht and contract football player between 6 month – 1 year. The results of the study indicated that factors influencing a football team selection of a football team Player: A Case Study of football Club, Rayong Province.Degrees of importance was moderate. The football player answer about factors influencing a football team selectionwas all moderate level by promoting club factor has the most mean, secondary is place factors, third is product factors, and forth is salary factors. The result of comparable of differentiation between personal data and factors influencing a football team selection of a football team player are different in age have different relationship with product factor, different in status have different relationship with place factors and promoting club factors, different in income have different relationship with place factors and promoting club factors.
