Abstract:
This research aimed to study the participation of teachers in school administration at Kladlaueng Network Center under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and compare the participation of teachers which was classified by gender, education degree, working experience, and size of school. The population of the study comprised 42 teachers. A 5-rating scale questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection. Statistics used in data analysis composed of percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and
t-test.
The findings of the study could be summarized as follows:
1. The participation of the teachers in school administration at Kladlaueng Network Center under the Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was rated at a high level in every aspect, as follows: academic administration, general administration, personal administration, and budget management, respectively.
2. To compare the participation of the teachers in school administration at Kladlaueng Network Center under the Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area office 2 in 4 aspects classified by gender, education degree, working experience, and size of school found no significantly difference.
