Abstract: การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะจิตสังคมในมารดาเด็กโรคปอดเรื้อรัง ที่บุตรรักษาตัวในหอผู้ป่วยในแผนกกุมารเวชกรรม โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ส่วนบุคคลเชิงลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือมารดาของเด็กโรคปอดเรื้อรัง จำนวน 10 ราย ภาวะจิตสังคมในมารดาเด็กโรคปอดเรื้อรัง ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้านคือ ผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้น การมองเห็นจุดแข็ง ข้อดีของตัวเองและแหล่งสนับสนุนเมื่อบุตรป่วยตั้งแต่รู้ว่าบุตรป่วยจนถึงการรักษา และการดูแลบุตรมี่เป็นโรคปอดเรื้อรัง จากการศึกษามารดาพบว่า ผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นกับมารดาประกอบด้วย1) ด้านร่างกาย 2) ด้านจิตใจ ตั้งแต่รับรู้ว่าบุตรป่วยการตัดสินใจในการให้เจาะคอเพื่อใส่ท่อหลอดคอเทียม,การดูแลบุตร 3) ด้านสังคม 4) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ การมองข้อดีและจุดแข็งของตัวเองมารดาส่วนใหญ่มารดามองว่าตัวเองมีข้อดี คือบุตรยังอยู่กับตนถึงแม้ร่างกายจะไม่แข็งแรง แหล่งสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความช่วยเหลือ การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและบุคคลใกล้ชิด1) มีบุคคลที่เป็นที่พึ่งทางใจ 2)มีคนในครอบครัวช่วยดูแลบุตรกำลังใจจากคนรอบข้างตั้งแต่ที่รู้ว่าบุตรป่วยจนถึงกระบวนการรักษา นอกจากนี้มารดายังมีความต้องการด้านต่างๆ 1)การดูแลบุตร 2)การเข้าใจในความรู้สึก 3) ข้อมูลข่าวสารในการรักษาซึ่งผลการวิจัยนี้จะทำให้เข้าใจปัญหาและผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นกับมารดาเด็กโรคปอดเรื้อรังมากขึ้น และสามารถเข้าใจมารดาได้อย่าลึกซึ้ง เพื่อนำมาสู่กระบวนการแก้ปัญหาให้กับมารดาอย่างตรงประเด็นต่อไป

Abstract: This research aims to study the psychosocial status among mothers of children with chronic lung disease.This is a case study approach at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and it is a qualitative research that gathers evidence by in-depth interview of 10 mothers of children with chronic lung disease.The results of this study found that mothers of impact on maternal included 1) physical, 2) psychological perception that the sick child. The decision to drill neck.Intubating the trachea implant, child care, 3) social aspects 4) economic factors. Advantages and strengths for their own mothers, most mothers see themselves as having many advantages. The Son also Even with their bodies are not strong.Social support from family and close personal one1) a person is mentally defenseless 2) people. Family child care support from peers, from child care to known.Treatment Process mother also needs various aspects 1) child care, 2) understand the feeling. 3) information The results of this study provided deeper understanding of the problems and effect that occur with mothers of children with chronic lung disease. This study provided better understanding of psychosocial status among mothers of children with chronic lung disease. The findings can be used to design appropriate program or intervention for family caregivers and for further research.
