Abstract:
The objectives of this thesis were 1) to study the internal supervision of school Administrators in primary schools under the Office of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3, and 2) to compare it following the experiences of academic qualification and the school sizes according to the factors of personal teachers. Two-hundred and sixty-eight teachers were samples for this study, through a proportional stratified random sampling. The tool employed for data collection was a questionnaire with a reliability of .887. The statistics employed for the data analyses were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One way-ANOVA analysis.
The research results revealed that
1. The internal supervision of primary schools (belong to the Academic Area Office of Pattani Primary Education-Zone 3) in an overall was at a high level ( = 3.59, S.D. = 0.26). When considered each aspect, found that all aspects were also at a high level with it average as the following: the supervision in curriculum development ( = 3.84, S.D. = 0.46), the supervision in evaluation of work in schools ( = 3.60, S.D. = 0.33), the supervision in the side of teachers ( = 3.59, S.D. = 0.33), the supervision in learning activity ( = 3.46, S.D. = 0.32), and the supervision in learning activity media ( = 3.36, S.D. = 0.38), respectively.
2. The comparison of the internal supervision of the school administrators in primary schools under the Academic Area Office of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, it was found that the teachers in primary schools with difference in work experiences, education level, and different of school size, had no significantly difference in their opinions toward the internal supervision.
