Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูต่อการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลตำบลตะลุบัน และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลตำบลตะลุบัน จำแนกตามปัจจัยภูมิหลังและขนาดโรงเรียน โดยทำการศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 7 คน และครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลตำบลตะลุบัน อำเภอสายบุรี จังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 83 คน รวมจำนวน 90 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าของลิเคิร์ท สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ในภาพรวมของความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยประชากร พบว่า ประชากรเพศชายมีระดับการปฏิบัติงานการดำเนินคุณภาพการศึกษามากกว่าประชากรเพศหญิง ประชากรที่มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาโทมีระดับการปฏิบัติงานการดำเนินคุณภาพการศึกษามากกว่าประชากรที่มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ประชากรที่มีตำแหน่งเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีระดับการปฏิบัติงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามากกว่าประชากรที่มีตำแหน่งเป็นครูผู้สอน ประชากรที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานมากมีระดับการปฏิบัติงานการดำเนินคุณภาพการศึกษามากกว่าประชากรที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานน้อย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีระดับการปฏิบัติงานการดำเนินคุณภาพการศึกษามากกว่าครูผู้สอน และโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมีระดับการปฏิบัติงานการดำเนินคุณภาพการศึกษามากกว่าโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง

Abstract: The objectives of this research were to study the teachers’ opinion toward the operation of an education quality assurance of schools under Taluban Municipality, and to compare the teachers’ opinion toward the operation of the education quality assurance of schools under Taluban Municipality. The individual rank and the school size were classified in the research. Ninety personnel of the schools under the Taluban Municipality used for this study, composed of 7 school administrators and 83 school teachers. A questionnaire was a tool to collect and gather the data following to Likert’s scale. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Results of the study revealed that an overall opinion of the population was at a high level. The male population had a higher degree of contribution to the operation of the education quality assurance than the female population. The postgraduate population had a higher degree of contribution to the operation of the education quality assurance than the graduate population. The population with some executive portfolio in the education institute had a higher degree of contribution to the operation of the education quality assurance than the teacher population. The population with much more experiences had a higher degree of contribution to the operation of the education quality assurance than the population with less experience. The school administrators had a higher degree of contribution to the operation of the education quality assurance than the teachers and the smaller schools had a higher degree of contribution to the operation of the education quality assurance than the medium size schools.
