Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the leadership of school administrators in Mattayomsuksa School Group Pong District Phayao. 2) study the efficiency of teachers performance in Mattayomsuksa School Group Pong District Phayao. And 3) to analyze the relationship between leadership of school administrators and efficiency of teachers performance in Mattayomsuksa School Group Pong District Phayao. The populations used in this study were 118 teachers. The instruments for collecting data was a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient. The findings of the research were as follow: 1) The leadership of school administrators in Mattayomsuksa School Group Pong District Phayao revealed that the overall aspects and each aspects were at the high level and which can be put in order from high to low as principle, purposing, persisting, platform, prerequisites, perspectives, planning, people, patriotism and politics respectively. 2) The efficiency of teachers performance in Mattayomsuksa School Group Pong District Phayao revealed that the overall aspects and each aspects were at the high level and which can be put in order from high to low as moral of teacher, responsibilities in teacher profession and organization of learning respectively. 3) The relationship between leadership of school administrators and efficiency of teachers performance in Mattayomsuksa School Group Pong District Phayao revealed that the overall aspects were correlated, having a significantly significant level at 0.01
