The Study of Problems and Guidelines to Solve the Problem of Internal Supervision of the Administrators and Teachers in School under the Basic Education Commission Muang District Phayao Province
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study states and problems of secondary schools curriculum management in Pong district, the secondary education service area office 36 in 7 aspects. For example the preparation, the preparation of the curriculum, the planning and implementation of the curriculum, the using of curriculum, the evaluation and respectively of curriculum, result of operations in curriculum management, improving and developing the process curriculum management. The research samples were 102 school administrators and teachers and the tool used to collect data was rating scale questionnaires.Then data was analyzed by some statics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of this research were as follow; 1) States the problems of secondary schools curriculum management in Pong district, the secondary education service area office 36, was at high level in 7 aspects when considering each aspect, it demonstrated that the preparation of curriculumwere at high level, follow by the planning and implementation of the curriculum, and developing process the curriculum management was low level. 2) The problem of secondary schools curriculum management in Pong district, the secondary education service area office 36 was at low level in 7 aspects. When considering each aspects, it demonstrated that the preparation of schools was at high level, follow by the improving and developing process the curriculum management and the using of curriculum was at low level.
