Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการ ประเมินคุณภาพภายนอก ของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน สังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวน ชายแดนที่ 23 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน สังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจ ตระเวนชายแดนที่ 23 จำนวน 75 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจ จำแนกรายข้อ อยู่ระหว่าง 0.32-0.89 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.91 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การดา เนินงานตามมาตรฐานการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอก ของ โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน สังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 23 โดยรวมและราย ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดา เนินงานตามมาตรฐานการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอก ของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน สังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 23 จำแนกตาม ขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการ ปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในด้านมาตรฐานที่ว่าด้วยการบริหารจัดการศึกษา ส่วน ด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The purposes of this study were to study and compare the implementation on standards criterion of external quality assessment in border patrol police school belong to border patrol police office 23 classified by school-size and work experiences. The samples consisted of 75 subjects of school administrators and teachers in border patrol police school belong to border patrol police office 23, selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination value between 0.32-0.89 and the reliability of 0.91. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent samples). The results were as follows: The implementation on standards criterion of external quality assessment in border patrol police school belong to border patrol police office 23 were at the high level both in overall and individual aspects. The overall and individual aspects of implementation on standards criterion of external quality assessment in border patrol police school belong to border patrol police office 23 classified by school-size were not different while considering by work experience found that overall performance was no different. When considering the individual aspects revealed the aspect of educational administration was different significanly at .01 level while the other aspects were no different.
