Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study and compare the administration in accordance with good governance of secondary schools, Nakae district, Nakhon Phanom province. The samples consisted of 148 subjects of school administrators and teachers in academic year 2013 of secondary schools, Nakae district, Nakhon Phanom province. The instrument used was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of .886. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and F-test (One - way ANOVA)..
The results were as follows: The administration in accordance with good governance of secondary schools, Nakae district, Nakhon Phanom province were at the high level both in overall and individual aspects. The overall comparison of administration in accordance with good governance of secondary schools, Nakae district, Nakhon Phanom province, classified by school sizes were difference at a significant at the level .05; the school administrators and teachers who working in large-sized schools had more good governance than small-sized schools. Classified by work experiences, the overall difference at a significant at the level .05; the school administrators and teachers who work over 20-year had more performance opinion than who work between 10-20 years.
