PROBLEMS OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN THE ASPECTS OF PERSONNEL MAINTENANCE AND PERSONNEL DEVELOMENT IN SCHOOL OF THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION, DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL EDUCATION, NAKHON PHANOM PROVINCE
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study and compare problems of personnel management in the aspects of personnel maintenance and personnel development in school of religious education, department of general education, Nakhon Phanom province classified by status and work experiences. The samples consisted of 138 laymen/ monks selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in this study was a five rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination between 0.35-0.90 and the reliability coefficient of 0.92. Statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent samples) and F-test (One - Way ANOVA). The results of the research were as follows: Problems of personnel management in the aspects of personnel maintenance and personnel development in overall and individual aspects were at the medium level. The comparison results classified by status and work experiences in overall and individual aspects were not different.
