Abstract:
This research aimed to study the peoples opinion toward the state of learning organization and the 5 different ways of development namelyPersonal Mastery,Mental Model ,Shared Vision, Team Learning and Systemetic Thinking in orto develop learning organization of Dongjen Subdistric Municipality, Phukamyao District, Phayao Province. The population of the study is 85 personal of Dongjen Subdistric Municipality. The research tool comprise the questionnaire about general information and the questionnaire about the opinion of the personnel toward the state learning organization. The statisticts are percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study were The Dongjen Staff have high level of opinion toward the condition of learning organization. The highest score is Personal Mastery field and Shared Vision field got a lowest scores opinion. The suggestion to create learning organization is supporting the staff to learn or train them about curriculum supporting career path. Promoting staff to think or create about up to date incident. Opening sphere to brainstorm vision specifying of Dongjen Subdistric Municipality. Promoting knowledge and team work, staff unity and supporting staff to think systematically.
