Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study and to compare the condition of the student-centered educational management in the schools under Phangnga Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample included 162 administrators as teachers drawn by classified random sampling, using Krejcie & Morgan Table. A set of questionnaire and the rule of three arithmetic data were used. The data were analyzed by using computer program, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t=test (independent)The findings were as follows:1) Overall the condition of the student-centered educational management in the schools under Phangnga Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level. Ranging from the highest aspect to the lowest one were as follows: evaluation of student-centered educational management, plan of student-centered educational management and public relation of student-centered educational management.2) The result of the comparison of the level of pracltce of the administrators and teachers of the stated office between the primary schools and the extended education schools showed significant difference at the level .05 overall. Considering each aspect, three aspects were significantly different at the level .05. They were plan of student-centered educational management, development of student-centered educational management and public relation of student-centered educational management.
