Abstract:
The purpose of this research were 1) to investigate Thai tourists behavior of revisiting Railay Bay and 2) to factors that affecting their decisions to revisit Railay Bay, Krabi. The samples were 400 Thai tourists who revisited Railay Bay, Krabi. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The statistic analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The findings were as follows. 1) For demographic characteristics, most of repeat Thai visitors were female, single and had bachelor degree. The repeat visitors average age was 32 years and their career were government officers and state enterprise employee. Their average income was 22,172 baht and the frequency of visiting was 2 times. Traveling group consisted of six people and they usually travelled with friends. Most repeat visitors stayed at hotel and the period was three days. 2) For behavior of tourists revisiting Raylai Bay, the average mean score was in high level. The highest mean score was in the aspect of word of mouth and frequency of revisiting respectively. 3) For factors that affecting Thai tourists decision to revisit Railay Bay, the mean score was in high level. Considering in each aspect, the highest score were tourism management and convenience transportation. The lowest score was service process.
