Abstract:
This thesis aimed to improve business performance, detect the fraudulent in business and help the business owner to manage their business. The steel logistic SME, Maneeseang Transportation Co. Ltd., located at Samut Prakan, Thailand was invited to be the case study. This thesis proposed the framework of cloud computing service to detect and improve the weakness of the steel logistic SME business. The thesis took into account the concept of the Logistic Management in which it is started from analyzing the customer order processing and to the end process of the accounts clearing. The fraudulent detection was implemented to track all the logistic process. The survey of conceptual framework evaluation showed the significant efficiency between two kinds of business management models; Delivery Performance (DP) and Track Maintenance Performance (TMP). The results showed that the DP was mostly labeled on Low level with 72.90% and the TMP was mostly labeled on High level with 76.00%. The evaluation of End-User Computing Satisfaction Instrument showed that the owner, managers and financial officers were most satisfied with the overall at 94.4%.
