Abstract:
This objectives of this research is to study about the adoption on reengineering the organizational structure of the officials at the office of Educational Technology, Ramkhamhaeng University and study the factors that effect on adoption to organizational structure reengineering, The study of reengineering the organizational structure includes task reform, process and technology on the reengineering context. The 201 samples used in this study were selected from the members of the office of Educational Technology. Data collection was performed by questionnaires. Percentage, means, standard deviation, Chi-square test were processed by SPSS for Windows '97 for data analysis.Result findings are concluded as followsI. The officials of the office of Educational Technology at Rarnkhamhaeng University accept the adoption on the reengincering the organizational structure.2. Personal biodata such as age, sex, the educational level, position, rank and working experience which are different, do not effect or influence to the acceptance of adoption on reengineering the organizational structure.3. The different officials' knowledge about the organizational structure at the office of Educational Technology do not effect or influence to the acceptance of adoption on reerigineering the organizational structure.4. The different officials' knowledge about reengineering the organizational structure has the different relation to accept the adoption at significant level 0.055. The different officials' opinions about reengineering the organizational structure have relation to the different acceptance the adoption at significant level0M5
