Abstract:
This thesis is emphasized for problem occurring in automotive parts production industry,
for reducing timing and capital of production die of process draw automotive parts, it is found
that problem of die are wrinkle and splitting , from many trying out for solving above problem, it
makes timing and production capital increasing, imitating program for die helping for production
and be method for designing die for process draw part name floor rr automotive parts, we use
material SP 781 BQ, thickness 2 mm., and use FTI program to imitate die until get the best result
and bring result as above to compare timing and capital before and after improvement for die
production.
Result of imitating die has found that suitable stepping power of Blank holder is 140 Kn.
and radias Draw bead is 5.5 mm., work can die without wrinkle and splitting, thickness of work
has value between 1.57 2.08 mm., can reduce timing for die production 310 hour and reduce
production capital 119,020 baht, in case of company would like to buy imitating program for die
company will have timing for returning capital around 1 year and 6 months.
