Abstract:
The objective of this Master Project aims to study an investment for the metal cutting
machine by automatic plasma- gas (CNC) for selected company. The Objective aims to reduce
cost and cutting time from the existing method which using manual acetylene gas cutting caused
the cutting low quality and waste the time to complete the process. The Master project is initiate
study the problem of cutting, grinding and analysis of cause and way forward of problem solving,
finally find that the investment for new cutting machine by automatic plasma-gas (CNC) then
study the work efficiency of new machine and analysis of possibility to invest in team of
economic
The result of this research for new cutting machine is to reduce of working time
approximately 54.69%, pay back period within 6.85 months, internal rate of return is 177.02%
and net present value is 6,477,707.51 Baht. The project is possible to investment with both
Engineering and Economic.
