Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดการสอน เรื่องระบบการสื่อสารดิจิตอล โดยใช้สื่อโปรแกรมจำลองการทำงาน Lab VIEW หลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ เป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และโทรคมนาคม คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ ศูนย์นนทบุรี ที่ลงทะเบียนในภาคเรียนที่ 2ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน20 คน ชุดการสอนที่สร้างขึ้นมีจำนวน3 หน่วยการเรียนประกอบด้วย ใบเนื้อหา สื่อการสอนโปรแกรมนำเสนอเพาเวอร์พอยด์ แบบทดสอบหลังเรียนแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และสื่อโปรแกรมจำลองการทำงาน Lab VIEW พร้อมคู่มือการใช้งาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าชุดการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 80.08/80.50 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนด 80/80 การเปรียบเทียบความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนพบว่า ผู้เรียนทำแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 และผลของการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนพบว่า ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อชุดการสอนอยู่ในระดับมาก ดังนั้นชุดการสอนเรื่องระบบการสื่อสารดิจิตอล ที่สร้างขึ้นนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract: This research aims to develop and construct the instructional package on digital communication system by using Lab VIEW simulation for bachelor of science in technical education, Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi.The sample group was 20 undergraduate students inelectronic and telecommuniction engineeringprogram, faculty of Technical education, Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi, that registered in second academic year 2556 and were selected purposively. The constructed instructional packageconsist of 3 units includingthe information sheet, the Power Point presentation program,the test after the lesson, achievement test, and the Lab VIEWsimulation program. The research results shown that theefficiency of constructed instructional package has equal to 80.08/80.50that was consistentthecriterion setof 80/80.Theachievement comparison betweenbefore learning and after learning,we found that the student has posttest score was higher than thepretest score with statistically significant at .05. The evaluated result of learner’s satisfaction of constructed instructional package was very satisfying . Thus, the constructed instructional packageon digital communication system can be used effectively in the teaching.
