Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวัง เปรียบเทียบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กับความคาดหวังของประชาชนการบริหารงานเทศบาลตำบลจุน อำเภอจุน จังหวัดพะเยา และข้อแนะนำในการแก้ไขปรับปรุงการบริหารงานเทศบาลตำบลจุน อำเภอจุน จังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชาชนในพื้อนที่ตำบลจุน จำนวน 384 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช่ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์หาค่าความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปลต้น ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ อาชีพ ตำแหน่ง ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับความคาดหวังต่อการบริหารงานเทศบาลตำบลจุน (One - way ANOVA) โดยหาค่า Chi – Square เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้"

Abstract: The objectives of this study were to study the public expectation towards and to compare the relationships between the personal factors and the expectation towards the administration of Chun Sub-District Municipality, Chun District, Phayao Province as well as to study recommendations for improving the administration of Chun Sub-District Municipality, Chun District, Phayao Province.The samples of the research were 384 people in Chun Sub-District area. The questionnaires were consisted of 3 parts. The data obtained were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and using One-way ANOVA, Chi-Square in the hypothesis test."
