Abstract: การศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้สูงอายุที่มีต่อการให้บริการด้านเบี้ยยังชีพขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอนศรีชุม อำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับเบี้ยยังชีพ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้สูงอายุที่มี เพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือน และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ การให้บริการด้านเบี้ยยังชีพ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มี จำนวน 339 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นในการให้บริการด้านเบี้ยยังชีพ และตอนที่ 3 แบบสอบถามปลายเปิด เกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (X) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบ T-test การทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) ค่าความน่าจะเป็น ถ้าพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (Sig) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก หากเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านระบบงาน/ขั้นตอนกระบวนการ มีระดับความเห็นด้วยอยู่ในลำดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านวัสดุ - อุปกรณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และสุดท้าย คือ ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก การเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กับความคิดเห็นของผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับบริการด้านเบี้ยยังชีพขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอนศรีชุม อำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา ที่มีเพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือน ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการด้านบุคลากร ด้านระบบงาน/ขั้นตอนกระบวนการ ด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ไม่แตกต่างกัน"

Abstract: The objects of this independent study were to survey the opinions of the older people who received the subsistence allowance at Don Srichum Sub district Administrative, Dokhamtai District, Phayao Province and to compare the opinions of the older with age and marital status, level of education, occupation and monthly income and also to study the problems and suggestions to the allowance. Population and Samples obtained in this study were 339, the research tools were divided into 3 parts namely: general information of the respondents, their views on the service on subsistence allowance and their comments and suggestions. The statistics used in this study was the Frequency, Percentage (%), mean ( X ), standard deviation (S.D.), t - test (T-test) to test the variance - way (One Way ANOVA.) and the probability in case if the difference is statistically significant (Sig). The results showed that the overall items were at the high level. Viewed at each item it was found that human resources come first and followed by material - equipment operations and the building and facilities respectively. With regard to comparison of personal information and opinions toward service on subsistence allowance there was no any significant difference with gender, age, marital status level of education, occupation and income.
