Abstract:
The objective of this study were for to examine the peoples satisfaction for populace registration unit of Chun sub-district registration office, Phayao. The populations in this study are the people who got the service from this unit during June 2012 to September 2012. The 174 people were randomized from 306 people who got the service from this unit. The information was collected by the questionnaire evaluation form and was analyzed by basic statistic methods namely ; percentage, mean and standard deviation. The finding in study showed that. The peoples satisfaction for populace registration unit in Chun sub-district registration office was investigated in 4 as peers namely 1) The process of service 2) The official in the unit 3) The facilities in the unit and 4) The quality of service. The overview result is in the high satisfaction level, the highest satisfaction is quality of service (X= 4.39), the score is in very good level, the second is the quality of service ( X = 4.25), the score is in very good level, the third is the official in the unit ( X = 4.12), the score is in good level and the fourth is the facilities of service ( X = 3.6), the score is in the good level"
