Abstract:
This research was studied on behavior of the land transportation business in employment,
welfare and safety measures that result in the accident at work. Questionnaires from the land
transportation business that registered with office of commercial affairs Chon Buri, 196
businesses, were used for this thesis. Details in the questionnaire covered factors that affected on
the accident and the result were analyze with the Chi-Square Technique. It was found that gender,
education, working experience, work insurance fee, time of work per day, amount of working
day, overtime, interval during operations, cost of living, diligent, social insurance funds, assisting
in education fee of children, employees, annual health examination, testing condition and
readiness of the vehicles before use, speed control, principle of safety in the event that long
distance transportation is further than 4 hours were associated with the amount of time
significantly with the statistic at 0.05.
