Abstract:
The objectives of this experimental research are 1) to study the level of stress of employees, 2) to compare stress of employees before and after they do activities with rocking dolls, 3) to compare stress of employees in the experimental groups and control group before and after they do activities with rocking dolls. The sample group consisted of 30 employees. The tools used in data collection divided in to personal data and stress. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Paired-sample t-test and ANOVA.
The research found 1) The employees had low level of stress. 2) When comparing their stress between before and after experiment, employees stress had statically significant difference at the level of .01. 3) When comparing their stress after experiment, employees in the experimental groups and control group did not have different stress
