Abstract:
The purposes of this research were : to investigate the correlation among the factors enhancing to the teachers classroom research in schools under Nasan Municipality, and to create predictable equation on teachers classroom research in 6 aspects: the aspects of surveying and specifying the problems (Y1), studying the alternative path (Y2), planning the research (Y3), practicing as planned and collecting data (Y4), and analyzing the data (Y5), and concluding and reporting the research (Y6). The independent variables were composed of the following factors enhancing the classroom research: requirement of researcher (X1), motivation to do the research (X2), attitudes in doing the research (X3), enhancing research atmosphere (X4) and personnel involving in classroom research (X5). The 112 subjects consisted of teachers teaching in schools under Nasan Municipality in 2552 academic year. The questionnaire was used to conduct the study. SPSS for WINDOW was used to analyze percentage, Pearsons and One-way ANOVA.
The research findings were as follows : it was found that 5 enhancing factors correlated with the 6 aspects of classroom research at the significantly different level of .01. These factors helped predict the teachers conducting the research at 59.10 percent.
