Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ภาคการเกษตรในจังหวัดกระบี่ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ภาคการเกษตรในจังหวัดกระบี่จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ภาคการเกษตรในจังหวัดกระบี่ เก็บรวบรวมแบบสอบถามจากสมาชิกสหกรณ์ภาคการเกษตรในจังหวัดกระบี่ ที่มีผลการดำเนินงานผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานสหกรณ์ปี 2551 จำนวน 386 คน โดยค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ประชากรที่ศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุ 41 - 50 ปี นับถือ ศาสนาพุทธ จบการศึกษาในระดับประถมศึกษา อาชีพเกษตรกรทำสวน รายได้ครัวเรือนเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน มากกว่า 50,000 บาท ระยะเวลาในการเป็นสมาชิกมากกว่า 9 ปี ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ โดยรวม มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับ พบว่า ด้านผลประโยชน์ มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในระดับมาก และด้านการปฏิบัติการ ด้านการตัดสินใจ ด้านการประเมินผล มีระดับการส่วนร่วมในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ การเปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรในจังหวัดกระบี่ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ครัวเรือนเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 แต่ อายุ ศาสนา อาชีพ ระยะเวลาในการเป็นสมาชิก มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study the level of participation of the agricultural cooperative members in Krabi Province, to compare the participation of agricultural cooperative member and personal factors and to examine the barriers that influenced to the agriculture cooperative members. The questionnaires were completed by 386 agricultural cooperative members from the benchmark cooperative 2008 in Krabi. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The results of this study indicated that most of the members who answered the questionnaires were males, aged between 41 - 50 years, Buddhist, primary education, main occupations were in agriculture, average monthly household incomes were over 50,000 baht member of more than nine years long. The Level of participation of cooperative members was average in overall, after considering the aspects in order; found that the benefit of participation level was high, operation, decision making and evaluation in average respectively. The comparison between the level of participation of the agricultural cooperatives members and personal factors ; sex, educational background ,average monthly household incomes found that the level of participation of the agricultural cooperatives members were significantly different at the level of 0.05, on the other hand, age, religious, occupation, length of membership were not different in the level of participation.
