The Behavior Study of School Administrators Affecting Success in Education Quality Assurance Performance of Small Upper Secondary School, Muang Parn District, Lampang Province, Secondary Educational Service Area 35
Abstract:
The purpose of this study were 1) to study behavior of school administrators affecting success in education quality assurance performance of small upper secondary school, Muang Parn District, Lampang Province, secondary educational service area office 35. 2) to compare behavior of school administrators affecting success in education quality assurance performance of small upper secondary school, Muang Parn District, Lampang Province, secondary educational service area office 35 based on experiences. The data was collected from the questionnaires. The respondent population consisted 6 directors, 97 teachers and educational staffs. Then the data were analyzed by using package program to find mean, standard deviation. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The overall behavior level of school administrators in secondary educational service area office 35 were found to be at high level with average of 4.35. When considered each aspect, the interaction and mutual influence aspect was found to be at high level with average of 4.46. While the motivation aspect was found to be at high with average of 4.27. 2) The behavior comparison based on experiences of school administrators affecting success in education quality assurance performance of small upper secondary school, Muang Parn District, Lampang Province, secondary educational service area office 35, were found that there was different 05 in leadership aspect, attracting aspect and targeting determination aspect at statistically significant level"
