Abstract:
The objectives of this research aim to know (1) The Communication Process of State Enterprises Labor Unions in Organization (2) The Communication Strategies of State Enterprises Labor Unions in Organization. (3) The Result from the Communication Strategies of State Enterprises Labor Unions in Organization. This research will be divided into 2 parts. Part 1 is Qualitative research about "Communication Process and Communication Strategies of State Enterprises Labor Unions in Thailand" . The primary data was gathered from in-depth interview with 30 persons who involved in communication of State Enterprises Labor Unions. while the secondary data was collected from all related documents. Part 2 Result from the Communication Strategies of State Enterprises Labor Unions in Thailand is a survey research using questionnaire as a tool to collect the data from the members of State Enterprises Labor Unions by 200 persons. From the research of Communication Process of State Enterprises Labor Unions in Organization, found that : (1) Sender of State Enterprises Labor Unions is State Enterprises Labor Unions, which consisting of Chairman of Committee, Subcommittee and Subcommittee representative. (2) Message of State Enterprises Labor Unions is classified as Situational of 1) Normal Period News, 2) Abnormal Period News and Others News. (3) Media or Communication Channel of State Enterprises Labor Unions are : Personal Media, Mass Media and Specific Media. (4) News Receiver of State Enterprises Labor Unions are Members of State Enterprises Labor Unions as a key group. While the next target group are Executive Group and General Officer. From the research of Communication Strategies of State Enterprises Labor Unions, found that ; the communication process is processing as organized steps. And there are different of strategies implementation to create good relationship with members of State Enterprises Labor Unions which can be set as different of 7 types of strategies those are : (1 )The Strategies of Content which combined of Communication Format, Communication Application, Communication Symbol and Communication Flow. (2) Publicity Strategies which combined of Public Relations Implementation Strategies, Public Relation Strategies, Public Relation Media Strategies. (3) Convincing Strategies. (4) Personal Network Building Strategies. (5) Public Activities Implementation Strategies. (6) Alliance Strategies. (7) Labor Relations Strategies. From the research of Result from the Communication Strategies of State Enterprises Labor Unions, found that: 1. Members of State Enterprises Labor Unions has the good attitude to the communication of State Enterprises Labor Unions, and have highest of good attitude to the Chairman of State Enterprises Labor Unions. 2. Members of State Enterprises Labor Unions have high level of communication coordination members of State Enterprises Labor Unions by having good follow up on news and information of State Enterprises Labor Unions at its highest level.
