Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to study on the Relationship between the Teachers Organizational Bounden and the Instructional Management Efficiency in Anurajaprasit school in 3 aspects regarding faithfulness, dedication, and loyalty. The population consists of 220 teachers in Anurajaprasit school in the academic year 2553 (B.E The questionnaire is the tool for collecting data both the teachers organizational bounden and the instructional management efficiency. The data analysis has been done by processed computer program, and has been reported in percentage, means, and standard deviation; the relationship between the teachers organizational bounden and the instructional management efficiency has been analyzed by Pearsons correlation coefficient.
The results of the study are as follows:
1. The teachers organizational bounden in Anurajaprasit school in its entirely aspect, the means is at high level, considering in individual aspects, founds that the means of the dedication is the highest.
2. The relationship between the teachers organizational bounden in faithfulness, devotion and loyalty founds that all aspects are related to the teachers organizational bounden. According to the individual aspects, the correlation coefficient of dedication is the highest level, the second is the faithfulness and loyalty is the lowest, respectively.
3. The teachers organizational bounden in Anurajaprasit school in the aspect of faithfulness, dedication and loyalty; and the instructional management efficiency in Anurajaprasit school, its entire aspect, founds that , the means is at high level.
