Abstract:
To study transformational leadership, organizational climate and job effectiveness to investigate the relationship between personal factors, transformational leadership, organizational climate and job effectiveness of community, hospitals, central region, as perceived by professional nurses. The sample was 308 professional nurses, who were randomly selected through multiple-stage sampling technique. Research instruments were questionnaires consisting of four parts; personal factors, transformational leadership, organizational climate, and job effectiveness. The control validity were tested by 5 experts. The Cronbach, s alpha coefficients were 0.91, 0.9 and 0.96 respectively. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson, s product moment correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings were as follows: 1. The Transformational leadership, organizational climate and job effectiveness of community hospitals, central region, as perceived by professional nurses, at the high level. (X-bar = 4.15 , 4.02, and 4.22). 2. Personal factors of professional nurses in terms of age, education, married status. experience, income and working position were not related to job effectiveness of community hospitals, central region, as perceived by professional nurses. 3.There were positive significantly related between transformational leadership, organizational climate and job effectiveness of community hospitals, central region, as perceived by professional nurses with the significant at the 0.05 level. (r = .695 and .175). 4. Variable that could significantly predicted of job effectiveness of community hospitals, central region, as perceived by professional nurses, significant was organizational climate, at 0.05 level.
