Abstract:
To determinate of standard performance of an industrial product distributor with balanced scorecard concept according to five perspectives that mentioned the internal business process: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. Due to trading business also so identify the external business process: supplier perspective. The research methodology consists of: (1) Study and collect the information (2) KPIs of organizes level were determined and transformed the strategy into division level for action. (3) The targets KPIs were set. (4) The KPIs were suitable evaluated by the questionnaire according to each perspective. (5)The efficiency and target of sales department were developed by compare with another company. (6) The data forms were created to collect for monitoring and develop in the future. The result from determinate of standard performance: Sale department has 17 KPI , Engineering department has 9 KPIs, Purchasing department has 10 KPIs, Financial department has 6 KPIs, Transportation department has 6 KPIs and Personality department has 3 KPIs. The result form compare with another company of sale department: The new customer selling price is lower 26%, the delivery in time is lower 4%, the selling closing is lower 5%, the efficiency of market planning is lower 20% and the training is lower 11%.
