Abstract:
The objective of this independent study was to find problems and suggestions for IT Management for Internal Quality Assurance of child development center Ban Kho , Muang Pan District, Lampang. The populations in this study were the head of education division, the assistant of education division, the official acting for the head of nursery school, educators, the school committee, and teachers of the nursery school. All of the 35 populations were officers working in the education year 2011. The instruments were a rating scale questionnaire and an open-end questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using frequency, mean, and standard deviation. The result of the study revealed 6 aspects of the IT management for internal QA including collecting data, checking data, processing data, organizing data or data warehouse, analyzing data and using of data. The overall operative aspects were at average level with high operation on organizing data or data warehouse and analyzing data. Other aspects were found at average operation ranking from processing data, collecting data, checking data and using of data respectively. The problems found were the lack of personnel, officials who were responsible for certain work, and budgets while personnel lacked knowledge about IT management for internal QA of the child development center.
