Abstract: การค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทราบระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อระบบบริการสุขภาพของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านต๊ำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา และเพื่อทราบปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะของประชาชนที่มีต่อระบบบริการสุขภาพของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านต๊ำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา ประชากร และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ประชาชนที่อยู่ในความดูแลของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านต๊ำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา ทั้งหมดจำนวน 7,292 คน มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 379 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำเสนอในรูปแบบตารางประกอบการบรรยาย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ด้านงานส่งเสริมสุขภาพ (x̅=4.34) ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก และในด้านอื่น ๆ ที่เหลืออีก 5 ด้าน ประชาชนก็มีความคิดเห็นในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน กล่าวคือ ด้านงานรักษาพยาบาล (x̅=4.32) ด้านงานเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันโรค/คลินิกสุขภาพเด็กดี (x̅=4.23) ด้านอนามัยโรงเรียน (x̅=3.96) ด้านงานสุขาภิบาลป้องกันและควบคุมโรค (x̅=4.25) ด้านงานฟื้นฟูสภาพ (x̅=4.21) และได้มีข้อเสนอแนะดังนี้ ควรส่งเสริมให้มีการให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง สนับสนุนงบประมาณให้ในการจัดซื้อเครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ที่จำเป็น อีกทั้งควรจัดสรรกำลังคนหรือบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่เหมาะสม เพื่อนำมาประจำแต่ละโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล"

Abstract: The purposes of this independent study were to know the opinion level of people on health service system of Ban Tum Tambon Health Promoting Hospital Muang Phayao and to know the problems and suggestions on health service systems of Ban Tum Tambon Health Promoting Hospital Muang Phayao. The population was selected from 7,292 people who were under supervision of Ban Tum Tambon Health Promoting Hospital Mueng District Phayao Province and they were 379 in number. The questionnaire was used as tools for collecting data. The descriptive statistics used in analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation The results of this study were as follows; the opinion of people on health promotion at the high level (x=4.34), They were of the high opinions on the other fields namely; treatment was rated (x=4.32), vaccination (x=4.23), school hygiene (x=3.96), diseases prevention and control (x=4.25), and health revitalization (x=4.21).The recommendations were as follows; the service should be provided for 24 hours, budget should be properly allocated and medical personnel should be trained and recruited.
