Abstract: The objective of this research was to develop a Web Application to support Electronic Commerce System in the BCNet Co., Ltd to enable the system to be used via web page. The research began with study and analysis of the problem existing system. The new system was then developed to solve the problem by simulating the E-Commerce system, which was base on Microsoft Windows Me operating system. The web pages were created with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) and Active Server Page (ASP), and the database system was created with Microsoft Access 2000. In addition, the web page and database were link by using Open Database Connectivity (ODBC). The result of the research is a prototype of the Web Application to support Electronic Commerce System. The information consists of two sections. First, There is the knowledge and general information section, second the database system which consists of data on shop members and customers the database system decreases manpower requirement and speeds up the process. The internet system will be used for; product retrieval and comparison, order request form, shop name list, IT news, and membership list. And client can check their order and directly contact to the company through internet system. The system can reduce tasks, paper usage, resources and improve the sales system. The results of the experiment show that the system does work accurately and efficiently. But the system is a pilot study capable of further improvement

Abstract: การวิจัยนี้จุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนระบบการค้าผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยใช้ข้อมูลตัวอย่างของบริษัท บีซีเน็ท จำกัด เป็นกรณีศึกษา การดำเนินการวิจัยเริ่มจากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในระบบงานปัจจุบัน และออกแบบ และพัฒนางานใหม่เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น โดยการจำลองระบบการทำงานภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows ME. สร้าง Web page ด้วยภาษา HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) และ ASP (Active Server Page) สร้างฐานข้อมูลด้วย Microsoft Access 2000 และทำการเชื่อมโยงฐานข้อมูลด้วย ODBC (Open Database Connectivity). ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยคือ ต้นแบบของโปรแกรมสำหรับระบบสนับสนุนระบบการค้าผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตมีส่วนประกอบด้วยกันสองส่วนคือ ส่วนแรกป็นข้อมูลทั่วไป ส่วนที่สองคือ หนึ่งส่วนของระบบฐานข้อมูล สองส่วนของระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต ซึ่งระบบสามารถที่ให้ผู้ใช้ระบบค้นหาและเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลของสินค้าได้, สามารถขอใบเสนอราคาผ่านทางเครือข่ายได้ และผู้ใช้ระบบสามารถติดต่อกับทางบริษัทได้โดยตรงผ่านทางเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตได้ ซึ่งระบบจะสามารถช่วยของระบบงานขายได้สะดวกขึ้น ลดขั้นตอนในการติดต่อลูกค้า และยังสามารถลคปริมาณกระดาษในการเสนอใบ Quotation ด้วย จากการทดสอบโปรแกมด้วยข้อมูลตัวอย่างผลปรากฏว่า โปรแกรมสามารถทำงานได้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ และถูกต้องเป็นที่น่าพอใจ
