Abstract:
At present, government hospitals under the control of the Ministry of Public Health use the same medical records system, Stat 2.82 for main database inform. This system cannot be used for storing operation data, which involves physicians, hospital workers, patients, and the dispensing of medical materials. So the researcher decided to develop an application program for a medical records system for operation data, which can connect to Stat 2.82. This application will help in administration, concise and accurate data management, and consequently will be useful in assisting with operation work. The development program consists of many steps of work: patient appointments, scheduling operations, preparing patients for surgery and monitoring their progress before and after surgery, the operation process, and material management modules. This research used a structure analysis method and relational data model for analysis and the design application program. At the same time, this application recognizes data concurrency control and protects the system which is executed on a local area network. The complete development program was set on Microsoft SQL Server in the operation unit at Trang Hospital for evaluating and testing. The results from the evaluation showed a good acceptance level from officers at Trang Hospital. The development program was practical for application in the operation unit at Trang Hospital.

ปัจจุบันโรงพยาบาลของรัฐในสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ใช้โปรแกรมฐานข้อมูล Stat 2.82 เป็นระบบฐานข้อมูลหลัก โปรแกรมนี้ไม่สนับสนุนการจัดเก็บข้อมูลงานห้องผ่าตัดที่มี อีกทั้งจำนวนวัสดุ, บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งแพทย์, เจ้าหน้าที่และคนไข้ผู้รับบริการจำนวนมาก เวชภัณฑ์ที่ให้บริการมีลักษณะหลากหลาย ผู้วิจัยจึงเห็นว่าการพัฒนาโปรแกรม เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับงานเวชระเบียนห้องผ่าตัด ที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบฐานข้อมูลหลัก Stat 2.82ได้ จะช่วยให้การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลงานเวชระเบียนมีความถูกต้อง และมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น โปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ ตั้งเเต่ การนัดหมายผู้ป่วยผ่าตัด, การจัดลำดับการนัดหมายผ่าตัด, การเตรียมผู้ป่วยก่อนการผ่าตัดและการติดตามผลการผ่าตัด, การบันทึกการผ่าตัด และการจัดการเวชภัณฑ์ การวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์โครงสร้าง (Structure analysis) ร่วมกับการออกแบบฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ (Relational data model) โดยคำนึงถึงการใช้งานร่วมกันของข้อมูล (Data concurrency control) และการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลภายในระบบบนเครื่อยข่าย (Local area network) แล้วทำการทดสอบโปรแกรม โดยติดตั้งโปรแกรมบน Microsoft Server ของหน่วยผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลตรัง และให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทดลองใช้ ผลการประเมินการใช้งานโปรแกรมแสดงว่า ผู้ใช้งานให้การยอมรับในระดับดี และโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในงานเวชระเบียนของโรงพยาบาลได้เป็นอย่างดี
