Abstract:
การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือนและความต้องการในการพัฒนาการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือนของประชาชนตำบลท่าเรือ อำเภอบ้านนาเดิม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และเพื่อพัฒนาการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือน ประเมินผลการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือนตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของประชาชนตำบลท่าเรือ อำเภอบ้านนาเดิม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนากลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประชาชนที่เป็นหัวหน้าครอบครัวหรือสมาชิกในครอบครัว ครัวเรือนละ 1 คน เป็นจำนวน 40 คน ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยการวิจัยเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการฝึกอบรม เชิงปฏิบัติการ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตอนที่ 1 ผลการศึกษาสภาพการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือน และความต้องการในการพัฒนาการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือนของประชาชนตำบลท่าเรือ อำเภอบ้านนาเดิม จังหวัด สุราษฎร์ธานี จากการศึกษาเอกสารด้านลักษณะบุคคล ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านความรู้ และ ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ยังต้องการการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ผลการศึกษาสภาพการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือน พบว่า ประชาชนร้อยละ 60 มีหนี้สิน ส่วนใหญ่มาจากการกู้ยืมเงินจากธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ รายได้ต่อวันของประชาชนอยู่ระหว่าง 800 - 1,000 บาท รายได้ส่วนใหญ่ มาจากการทำสวนยางพาราและปาล์มน้ำมัน การบริหารการเงินในครัวเรือน มีการแบ่งรายได้ ตามความสำคัญและความจำเป็น ประชาชนร้อยละ 40 มีการออมเงิน ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประชาชนคิดว่าเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง คือ การรู้จักพึ่งตนเอง และมีการดำเนินชีวิตตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือน คือ การบันทึกรายรับ - รายจ่ายในครอบครัวและประชาชนมีความต้องการที่จะจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือน ตอนที่ 2 ผลการพัฒนาการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือน ปฏิบัติการฝึกอบรม และประเมินผลการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือนตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนตำบลท่าเรือ อำเภอบ้านนาเดิม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ผู้วิจัยได้จัดองค์ประกอบของเนื้อหาที่ใช้ในการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและการทำบัญชีครัวเรือน โดยมีวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้และทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ การบรรยาย การสนทนากลุ่ม การบันทึกรายรับ - รายจ่ายลงในสมุดบัญชีครัวเรือน และทำการทดสอบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและการทำบัญชีครัวเรือนโดยเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนฝึกอบรมและ หลังฝึกอบรม พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังการฝึกอบรมมากกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการสอบถามเจตคติของประชาชนที่มีต่อการทำบัญชีครัวเรือนตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พบว่า ประชาชนมีเจตคติต่อการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือนตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงดีขึ้น อยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการประเมินการดำเนินการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการปรากฏว่าผู้เข้าร่วมฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และมั่นใจที่จะมีส่วนร่วมในการอบรมมากขึ้น และสามารถ นำความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were : (1) to scrutinize the family bookkeeping practice conditions and need assessment in doing the family bookkeeping of the people in Ta Rue sub-district, Ban Na Derm district, Surat Thani province; and (2) to develop and evaluate the way of practicing family bookkeeping recommended in the concept of efficiency economy. The 40 sample population consisted of one family leader from each family. The research was conducted by document analysis, intensive interview, and training workshop.
The research results were as follows: the first section which was on the condition and the need of bookkeeping practice was analyzed from the documents on the following aspects : personal characteristics, administrative management, knowledge, and economy. It was found that they needed the governments support. The result gathered on the aspect of family bookkeeping condition revealed that sixty percent of the people were in debt which mostly loaned by Bank of Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operatives. Their daily incomes ranging from 800 to 1,000 baht were mostly rubber and oil palm plantation. On the aspect of family administrative management, it was found that the incomes were divided in accordance with the importance and need. Forty percent of people saved up their money. On the aspect of knowledge on efficiency economy, they thought that it was the self-reliance, and they followed the concept of sufficiency economy. Their knowledge on the family bookkeeping was the transaction of income and payment. The people desired to practice family bookkeeping. The second section was on the aspects of family bookkeeping development, training workshop and the evaluation of family bookkeeping of the people there. The researcher designed the contents of training workshop on the issues of efficiency economy and family bookkeeping. The training session was conducted by using guest speaker to deliver knowledge and conduct activity sessions; that is, lecture, group discussion, and recording the family bookkeeping. The evaluation result on the aspects of knowledge and understanding about the sufficiency economy and family bookkeeping indicated that there were significantly different at the level of 0.05 between the posttest mean score and the pretest mean score. The peoples attitude toward the family bookkeeping in accordance with the economy sufficiency was shown to be in the high level. The result from the training workshop indicated they acquired the better knowledge and understanding along with the better confidence to participate. They could apply the experience from the workshop to their daily lives.
