Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบทดสอบและวัดผลแบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ โดยจะแบ่ง การทำงานออกเป็ น 3 ส่วน คือส่วนที่หนึ่งเป็ นส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบ มีหน้าที่จัดการเกี่ยวกับ โครงสร้างของอาจารย์ นักศึกษา และรายวิชา ส่วนที่สองเป็นส่วนของอาจารย์ มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับการ จัดการข้อสอบ สร้างชุดแบบทดสอบ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบ ส่วนที่สามเป็นส่วนของนักศึกษา ซึ่งนักศึกษามีหน้าที่เข้าสอบในรายวิชาที่กำหนด ซึ่งระบบทดสอบและวัดผลแบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ สามารถสร้างข้อสอบได้ 3 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ ข้อสอบประเภทเลือกตอบ 4 คำตอบ ข้อสอบประเภท ถูกผิด และข้อสอบประเภทเติมคำ ซึ่งระบบนี้มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลโดยจะทำการ เก็บ IP Address ในการเข้าใช้งานทุกครั้ง นอกจากนี้ยังมีการวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบโดยนำทฤษฎีการ ทดสอบแบบดั้งเดิมมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ระบบนี้พัฒนาโปรแกรมด้วยภาษาพีเอสพี (PHP) และใช้ ฐานข้อมูล MySQL ผลประเมินความสามารถของระบบทดสอบและวัดผลแบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้ค่า xˉ= 4.24 สรุปได้ว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมามีความสามารถในการทำงานในระดับดี และสำหรับผู้ใช้ ทั่วไปได้ค่า xˉ= 4.35 พบว่า ตอบสนองการทำงานอยู่ในระดับดี

Abstract: The objective of this research is to develop an interactive exam management system. This system is separated the functions in three parts; The first part is administrator’s function that manages about advisor’s, student’s, and subject’s information part. The second part is advisor’s function that manages about the examination, creates test paper and analyzes the test results. And the last part is student’s functions, students have to do the login to test exam in their class’s schedule, this system can create the exam in three forms of four choices examination, true-false examination, and write-up examination. The system has security by kecping user IP address accessing to the test exam every times. Moreover, it can analyze test result by using the classical test theory. This system is developed by PHP language and MySQL database. The result evaluations of this system are assessed by experts giving xˉ= 4.63 indicating that the system ability is good and by general users giving xˉ= 4.35 indicating that the system ability is also good.
