Abstract:
The objectives of this study were to examine: 1) membersxtension department officers. The one hundred and thirty three samples from all members of Nong Pho Dairy Cooperative Ltd. (Under the Royal Patronage) in Banluak subdistrict, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province were selected using multiview schedules. Descriptive statistics were presented in percentage, arithmetic means and standard deviation. Inferential statistics, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, was used for the hypotheses testing. The findings indicated that the most satisfaction of the members of the performance of agricultural extension department officers, Nong pho Dairy Cooperative Ltd. (Under the Royal Patronage) was about their willingness to help whereas the problem was their punctuality. Hypotheses testing indicated that non-farm income was significantly correlated to memberse performance of agricultural extension officers specifically in their general qualification and their academic at the level of .01. The recommendation was that the officers should improve their performance on artificial insemination efficiency.
