Abstract:
The objective of this research is to study the relationship between a personal learning
with the aim to become learning organizations of King Mongkut's University of Technology and
to gather the feedback of the aim to become learning organizations from the staff of
the university. The sample used in this research consisted of 342 people. The method used in this
research is the questionnaire; that had been evaluated by specialist. The result of this study found
that the relationship between a personal learning with the aim to become learning organizations of King
Mongkut's University of Technology, in general, is statistically correlated 0.05 with the three highest r
values, which are: 1) the relationship between the application of technology with the
ability to summarize the lesson, 2) leverage with the ability to make conclusions from lesson, 3) the
application of technology and enthusiasm for learning. The feedback that received from the staffs is: 1)
the importance of listening to staff and personnel problems, 2) the concept of organization should be
modified, without focusing on the old traditions for the purpose of learning something new, 3) should
provide the computer courses for staffs, 4) develop and propagate the knowledge to the staffs, 5) should
provide the sharing of knowledge within the organization, in which two person can interact and share the
knowledge, 6) modifies the duties and addition knowledge should be provide in each duty, 7) the
organizations should encourage the collaboration outside the organization by organize in the level
of management policy for the coexistence within an organization, 8) survey and plan for the learning
courses, 9) should provide the training and additional learning activities, 10) improve the efficiency of
the internet network for available users, and 11) the organization should provide support in searching
for funding for the education of the staffs.
