Abstract:
The aim of this Study is to study individual development program of personnel in The General Management and Career operational section of the walailak University.The analysis was conducted classified by gender,age ,level of education,working experience in the walailak Universaity ,jo b title or work position,and salary.there are 221 questionnaires distributed to the group of personnel and it reveals that;
Most of personal need to develop themselves in extensive education to get a higher degree.The need of talking short traning courses in order to enhance their persent career is also required in equivalent.
For Those with different personal factors inage,job position,and experience in the walailak university need difference of self development methods while other groups who varies in gender,level of education,and salary require the same need in terms of individual development.
The pair comparison of average marks the distributed questionnaires in individual development program classified by age,job position,and experience in the walailak university reveals that group of positionnel who are between 21-30 years old has different needs from one who is 41 year old dan above.genneral officers have different needs compared with general management offices and librarians.the computer system analysis.
