Abstract:
The purposes of this research are: 1) to study the knowledge management of Srisubanfarm Co.,Ltd. Staff, Surat Thani Province and 2) to study the opinions regarding the success factors, the relationship between knowledge management to personality factors and the factor helps to build the success. The data were collected from 108 staffs, and analysed with frequency, percentage, average and the standard deviation. Analysis of the relationship, the Chi-Square statistic and the correlation coefficient of Pearson were also employed.
The results revealed that: The staff of Srisubanfarm Co.,Ltd s in Suratthani Province. The most of population are male, age between 31-40 years, hold d graduate degree, have 5-7 years working experience at and operation level.
The opinions of staff regarding success factors such as leadership, the organization culture, the knowledge management of technology and the measurement were at a high level. The staff had sometimes operation of knowledge management including knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation, knowledge storage and retrieval, and knowledge transfer and utilization.
The test of hypothesis showed that the work experience correlated with knowledge management of the Srisubanfarm Co.,Ltd. Staff, in Suratthani Province. The relationship between the factor and helps to build the success found the knowledge management of technology and organizations culture relative high level in line with the level of knowledge management.
The study suggests that the executive should study the factors related to building teamwork to increase efficiency learning. Also, they should encourage officers in terms of training and knowledge empowerment. These activities will lead to learning organization.
