Abstract:
The purposes of this study are 1) to study the level of personnels loyalty to the organization 2) to study the level of employees expectation and motivation 3) to compare the employees loyalty to the organization categorized by the personal factors 4) to compare the employees loyalty to the organization categorized by individual expectation and 5) to compare the employees loyalty to the organization categorized by individual motivation. The samples used in the study were 205 employees of Nok Airlines Co., Ltd. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires on the expectation, motivation and loyalty to the organization. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance were employed for the statistical analyses.
The results of this research indicated that 1) most employees had a high level of overall loyalty to the organization. 2) most employees had a high level of overall expectation and motivation. 3) the employees with different personal factors such as age, level of education and work experience had different loyalty to the organization with a statistical significance at .05 level, while their marital status and average monthly income had different loyalty to the organization with a statistical significance at .01 level. On the contrary, the different years of working did not have statistical difference. 4) the employees with different expectation from the organization on development and career advancement had different loyalty to the organization with a statistical significance at .01 level, while the privilege did not have statistical difference. 5) the employees with different motivation on success, commitment and authorization had different loyalty to the organization with statistic significance at .01 level.
