Abstract: In e-learning environment or web-based learning, the Internet is a means for distributing and exchanging information. The result is a large number of Internetbased distance learning platforms and online learning contents. A learning management system (LMS) is a learning platform which is necessary for supporting online learning. Unfortunately, e-Learning training materials have been developed largely on a proprietary, company-by-company basis. As a result, often there is no interoperability between Internet-based content and LMS. E-Learning standards are designed to ensure that e-learning software is interoperable, reusable and accessible via the Internet. SCORM, developed by Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL), is a collection of specifications adapted from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive suite of E-learning capabilities that enable interoperability, accessibility, and reusability of Web-based learning content. The goal of this research is to design and develop LMS and courseware that meet ADL’s SCORM version 1.2 conformance requirements. In this research, the learning management system and courseware that comply with SCORM were developed. The system is a learner-centred learning system that has three main features including import SCORM-conformant content, launch SCORM-conformant content, and track learner progress. The system was analyzed and designed using object-oriented methodology with UML. The system was implemented based on open source application including Java web application technology and MySQL in order to make the system platformindependent. The system and courseware were verified using SCORM Conformance Test Suite provided by ADL. The system passes with a conformance level of LMSRTE1. The courseware in the content package form passes with a conformance level of ADLCP-PIF1.

Abstract: ในปัจจุบันการเรียนรู้แบบอีเลิร์นนิ่งกำลังเป็นที่แพร่หลายเป็นอย่างมากโดยเฉพาะสำหรับ การสอนเรียนแบบออนไลน์ หรือการเรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ระบบบริหารการเรียน หรือ LMS และบทเรียน นับว่าเป็นสิ่งที่จำเป็นเพื่อรองรับการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบดังกล่าว เนื่องจากความแพร่หลายของการใช้งานอีเลิร์นนิ่งดังกล่าว บทเรียนที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นสำหรับ ระบบบริหารการเรียนหนึ่ง ไม่สามารถใช้งานร่วมกันได้กับระบบบริหารการเรียนอื่นๆ ได้ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว องค์กร ADL (Advanced Distributed Learning) ได้พัฒนา ชุดข้อกำหนดขึ้น คือ SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) เพื่อทำให้ บทเรียนที่สร้างขึ้นมาสามารถใช้งานร่วมกันได้ (Interoperability) เข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ (Accessibility) และนำมาปรับใช้ได้อีก (Reusability) วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ การสร้างบทเรียนตามมาตรฐาน SCORM เวอร์ชัน 1.2 และการพัฒนาระบบบริหารการเรียนที่สามารถรองรับบทเรียน และทำงานตามมาตรฐาน SCORM เวอร์ชัน 1.2 ได้ ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี 3 คุณลักษณะหลัก คือ นำเข้าบทเรียนตาม มาตรฐาน SCORM นำส่งบทเรียนไปยังผู้เรียน และติดตามตรวจสอบการเรียนของผู้เรียน สำหรับการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ ได้ใช้วิธีการพัฒนาระบบแบบเชิงวัตถุ และใช้ UML เพื่อสร้างโมเดลของระบบ เมื่อทดสอบระดับความเป็นมาตรฐานโดยใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ชุดทดสอบจาก ADL แล้ว ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการทดสอบสำหรับระบบบริหารการเรียน คือ LMS-RTE1 และสำหรับบทเรียน คือ ADLCP-PIF1
