Abstract: Web-based computer assisted instruction is an interesting option for distributing knowledge to enhance education evolution. Accordingly, this research presents the Web Application for Building Web-based Computer Assisted Instruction which I developed by using Active Server Page. The web application is designed based on Internet technology using the Microsoft Windows 2000 server , Internet Information Services 5.0, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. My web system is divided into three parts : teaching, learning and managing the course of study. The purpose of this research is to enable This teachers to build Web-based computer assisted instruction by themselves. For program evaluation, five teachers created and used the system for teaching/learning lessons. Results show that the system works correctly but has some limitations regarding Internet technology functions such as time for uploading/downloading data, Internet speed, and database management. Nonetheless, this web system was found to be effective for teaching, learning and managing any tutorial lessons. In future research, this web system should be developed to be more comfortable for use in every type of lesson and should be designed to work with a navigator tool for creating the lesson.

Abstract: บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนบนเว็บเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจ เพื่อขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ในยุคแห่งการเรียนรู้ ดังนั้น การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ จึงได้นำเสนอเว็บแอปพลิเคชั่นสำหรับสร้างบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนบนเว็บ โดยใช้ เอ.เอส.พี ในการพัฒนา ซึ่งได้พิจารณาจากเงื่อนไขพื้นฐานต่าง ๆ ของเทคโนโลยีอินเทอร์เน็ต และนำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชั่น โดยใช้ Microsoft Windows 2000 server , Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 เว็บแอปพลิเคชั่นที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ สามารถจำแนกกระบวนการทำงานได้ 3 ส่วนคือ ส่วนสร้างบทเรียน ส่วนการเรียนการสอน และส่วนดูแลระบบ เว็บแอปพลิเคชั่นนี้ พัฒนาสำหรับ อาจารย์คนไทยที่จะนำไปช่วยในการสร้างบทเรียนบนเว็บ จากการใช้และทดลอง โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญการเรียนการสอนจำนวน 5 ท่าน ที่ได้ทำการสร้างบทเรียน และทดลองใช้ระบบในการเรียนการสอนบนเว็บ พบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้ถูกต้องสร้างความสะดวกสบายให้อาจารย์ในการสร้างบทเรียนบนเว็บ และพบว่าเทคโนโลยีอินเทอร์เน็ตทำให้เกิดข้อจำกัดบางอย่าง เช่น ระยะเวลาในการส่ง/รับข้อมูล ความเร็วในการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต และข้อจำกัดในการจัดการระบบฐานข้อมูลบนเว็บ ดังนั้น เว็บแอปพลิเคชั่นที่พัฒนานี้ จึงจำเป็นต้องมีการกำหนดเงื่อนไขในการสร้างบทเรียน และเงื่อนไขในการเรียนการสอน อาทิเช่น เป็นการเรียนการสอนในแบบการอ่านหนังสือ หรือเรียนด้วยสื่อประสมแบบต่าง ๆ และทำแบบทดสอบ การพัฒนาต่อไปนั้น ควรมีการสร้างแถบเครื่องมือช่วยเหลือขณะสร้างบทเรียน และพัฒนาเพื่อใช้กับการเรียนการสอนที่มีลักษณะรูปแบบหลากหลายมากขึ้น
