Abstract: The objective of this study is to analyze, design and develop web-based application for spare part management system for car service center. The data were collected from Thonburi Phanich Company Limited Car Service (Bangplad). The system currently used at Thonburi Phanich Co.,Ltd was to be improved in order to reduce operational errors as well as increasing the overall efficiency of the workforce. In this research, ASP technologies is used for developing the application program interface, the data is stored in relational database management system, using Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The architecture of the system is a web based environment. This allows every computer to be connected within a local area network to access this application. The application consists of several key modules: 1) Receiving car 2) Repairing control 3) Paying-drawing spare part 4) Summarizing repairing report. The different functions are available to different users, depending on their authorization levels. The application will increase productivity and efficiency of the system, increase accuracy and consistency of data as well as reducing the use of paperwork. Lastly, the system can produce reports to help management and administration to make decisions based on real-time information.

Abstract: จุดมุ่งหมายของงานวิจัยนี้เพื่อ วิเคราะห์, ออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ ของระบบการจัดการอะไหล่ของศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ โดยอ้างอิงข้อมูลและระบบงานมาจากบริษัท ธนบุรีพาณิชย์ จำกัด (ศูนย์บริการบางพลัด) ระบบที่ได้จากงานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการลด ความซ้ำซ้อนของงาน, เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการควบคุมและบริหารงานในศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ให้ดี ขึ้น การพัฒนาระบบเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นสำหรับระบบควบคุมเบิกจ่ายอะไหล่ภายในศูนย์บริการ รถยนต์ ใช้เทคโนโลยี ASP ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่วนที่ติดต่อกับผู้ใช้ ข้อมูลต่างๆ จะจัดเก็บไว้ ในฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ของ Microsoft SQL Server 2000 และออกแบบให้สถาปัตยกรรมของ แอพพลิเคชั่นนี้มีลักษณะเป็นเว็บเบส เพื่อให้คอมพิวเตอร์ทุกเครื่องที่เชื่อมต่อกับอินทราเน็ตใน องค์กรสามารถใช้งานได้ การทำงานของแอพพลิเคชั่นถูกแบ่งออกเป็นหลายส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ส่วนรับ รถที่เข้าซ่อม 2) ส่วนควบคุมงานซ่อม 3) ส่วนการเบิก-คืนอะไหล่ 4) รายงานสรุปข้อมูลการ ซ่อมรถยนต์ โดยผู้ใช้แต่ละคนในระบบจะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นที่แตกต่างกัน ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับชื่อของผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน แอพพลิเคชั่นใหม่นี้จะช่วยเพิ่มความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการทำงาน รักษาความถูกต้องและ สอดคล้องของข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูล ช่วยลดเอกสารในการทำงานได้บางส่วน นอกจากนี้รายงานสรุป ข้อมูลรถที่เข้าซ่อมยังเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้บริหารในการบริหารจัดการ ดูแลศูนย์บริการได้ใน ระดับหนึ่ง
