Abstract:
ในการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการตัดสินใจบริโภคเครื่องดื่มที่แอลกอฮอล์ของนิสิตนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่ศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัย เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์โดยรวมในการบริโภคเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ และศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจ และปัจจัยที่นอกเหนือปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการตัดสินในบริโภคโดยทำการสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน และใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ( Multiple Regression Analysis) มาวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์จากกาศึกษาพบว่า นิสิตนักศึกเพศชายเป็นผู้บริโภคเครื่องดื่มที่แอลกอฮอล์มากกว่าเพศหญิง กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีผลการเรียนอยู่ในช่วง 2.51-3.00 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 28.8 มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 8,096.45 บาทต่อเดือน ในระยะเวลา 1 เดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจะมีความถี่ในการบริโภคเฉลี่ย 6 ครั้ง และบริโภคครั้งละ 2.95 ขวด ซึ่งมักจะดื่มกับเพื่อนมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 79.8 ส่วนใหญ่จะชื้อและบริโภคในสถานบันเทิงโดยจะบริโภคเมื่ออยากดื่ม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57
นอกจากนี้ เมื่อคำนวณหาค่าความยืดหยุ่นอุปสงค์ต่อรายได้ พบว่า 0.672 แสดงให้เห็นว่าเครื่องดื่มที่แอลกอฮอล์เป็นสินค้าจำเป็น เนื่องจากความยืดหยุ่นมีค่าน้อยกว่า 1 และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการตัดสินใจบริโภคเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 คือเพศ ลักษณะการอยู่อาศัย การใช้เวลาว่าง ค่านิยมการบริโภคเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ ความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคลในครอบครัว อิทธิพลของเพื่อน และอิทธิพลของสื่อโฆษณา ผลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้เห็นว่า สถาบันการศึกษา หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเยาวชน ตลอดจนรัฐบาล ควรจะกำหนดนโยบาย และมาตรการต่าง ๆ ที่จะลดการบริโภคเดรี่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ของกลุ่มวัยรุ่น โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มนิสิต นักศึกษา ทั้งนี้โดยผ่านมาตรการควบคุมความประพฤติของนิสิตนักศึกษาที่อาศัยอยู่หอพักภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยการปลูกฝังค่านิยมการบริโภคเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ที่ถูกต้อง ตลอดจนการควบคุมสื่อโฆษณาที่เกี่ยวย้องกับเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์
This research, titled factors related to decision making affecting the consumption of alcoholic drinks by students in universities in Bangkok, studied the overall situation of consuming alcohol drinks and personal factors, including economic factors and non-economic factors which are related to decision making affecting alcoholic drinks consumption. The sample group is 400 university students and data was collected using questionnaires. The study tool is Multiple Regression Analysis.
The study findings show that male students are consuming more alcohol drinks than female students. 28.8% of the sample group have an average grade of 2.50-3.00 with average monthly income of 8,096.45 Bath. During the period of one month, the sampling group has an average frequency of consumption of 6 times and 2.95 bottles each time, The majority, which is 79.8%, usually drink alcohol with friends. Most purchase and consume in entertainment places, such as pubs, bars, and discotheques. 57% consume alcohol drinks whenever they desire.
Moreover, the income elasticity of demand at 0.672, which is less than 1, implies that the beverages containing alcohol are necessary goods. The following factors are related to decision making affecting alcohol drinks consumption of the sampling group with a significant level of .05 : gender, ways of living, types of activities during spare time, trend of alcohol drink consumption, the relationship among family members, the influence of company, friends and commercial medias, form this study, it is concluded that

Consumption of alcohol drinks in the teenager group, especially among university students, who stay inside and outside the university campus, including implanting and promoting a value of not drinking alcohol and by controlling media that influence decision making to consume alcoholic drinks.
