The effects of scientific thinking processes with an emphasis on electrical lessons in life experiences of Prathomsuksa sixth at Wat Thongthum school, Muang Prapradang municipal divison.
Abstract:
The research was aimed at analyzing the efficiency and effect of significant thinking processes that emphasized Prathomsuksa Sixth Students cognitive knowledge of electrical lessons in life experiences. A sample of 62 students were selected as indicated from Prathomsuksa 6 students of Wat Thongthum School, Muang Prapradang, Municipal Division. The research instruments consisted of 8 science intelligence activities which tested, the science thinking process. The 4 multiple - choice science thinking activities consisted of 40 items. These covered 4 basic science thinking processes knowledge, comprehension, application and science process skill. It had a degree of difference ranging between 0.3-0.8, the degree of discrimination between 0.2-0.6, the reliability coefficient of 0.67 Select of sampling was used in the study, control group and experimental group. The data used to analyze total score, the effect before-after teaching form of descriptive statistic and analysis statistic t-test for independent sample and t-test for dependent sample by using SPSS for Windows. The results of this research indicated that the effect and the science thinking process that emphasized Prathomsuksa sixth cognitive knowledge of electrical lessons in life experience were higher than the control group prior to performing statistically significant difference at .05 level
