Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานสารบรรณของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง ตามความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ และเปรียบเทียบสภาพปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานสารบรรณของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง ตามความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดทำหนังสือราชการ ด้านการรับและการส่งหนังสือราชการ ด้านการเก็บรักษาและการยืมหนังสือราชการ และด้านการทำลายหนังสือราชการ จำแนกตามหน่วยงานที่สังกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสารบรรณ ซึ่งสังกัดอยู่ในคณะ สำนัก และบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย ของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง จำนวน 286 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามสภาพปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานสารบรรณตามความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ ซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.94 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสถิติสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows (Statistical Package for the Social Science for Windows) ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่า (1) สภาพปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานสารบรรณของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง ตามความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ ในภาพรวม 4 ด้าน และรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้คือ ด้านการจัดทำหนังสือราชการ ด้านการเก็บรักษาและการยืมหนังสือราชการ ด้านการทำลายหนังสือราชการ และด้านการรับและการส่งหนังสือราชการ (2) การเปรียบเทียบสภาพปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานสารบรรณของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง ตามความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ จำแนกตามหน่วยงานที่สังกัด ในภาพรวม 4 ด้าน และรายด้าน แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to survey working problems of correspondence section in King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang's according to opinions of registers and general affairs officials and to compare problems in four areas of correspondence section's job performance : production of official letters, receiving and issuing of official letters and documents, the filing and lending system and the elimination of unwanted documents distinguished by each institution. The population consisted of the registers and general affairs officials who have performed their work about correspondence section at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang's faculties, centers and school of graduate studies, the total number surveyed was 286. The instrument used was the questionnaire about the problem states of correspondence section of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang with a rating scale of 1 to 5. There were 40 questions altogether in the questionnaire. The confidence value was equal to 0.94 and SPSS for Windows Programme is used to analyze the data. The research findings were as follows: (1) The problem states level of working performance of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang's registers and general affairs officials by considering the four areas and each area was at the medium. The means level of the problems from the highest to the lowest were production of officials letters, the filing and lending system, the elimation of unwanted documents and receiving and issuing of official letters and documents. (2) By comparison the problem states of working performance of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang's correspondence section in the four areas and each area of each institution, it was found that the opinions were different in all four areas.
