Abstract:
The purposes of the study were to contruct Soccer skills tests as well as their normal criteria for lower secondary school students. The following four tests were considered and evaluated by the specialist texperts).1. "Ball-Stopping-Against-the Wall" Test.2. "Carry-the Ball-In-the Air" Test.3. "Goal-Schooting" Test.4. "Carry-the Ball-Around-the Cross Post" Test. The samples used for the determination of the test quality were 36 lower secondary school students from Nawamintarachinutit school and suan Kularb Witayalai school in Samutprakarn pravice. The students, having passed the "Soccer" subject, were selected through specified random sampling. The samples used for constructing the normal criteria of the tests were 407 lower secondary school students in Samutprakarn provice. They were selected through stratified random sampling. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was used as a statistical instrument for analysing the test quality, whereas T-Test was used for constructing the normal criteria of the tests. The findings of the study could be summarized as follows :1. The Soccer Skills Test Constructed by the research had a high constructed validity (1.00) but low contented validity (0.2063)2. The reliability value of each aspect of the tests was as follows :2.1 "Ball-Stopping-Against-teh Wall" had low peliability value (0.274)2.2 "Carry-the Ball-In-the Air" had rather hight reliability value (0.7147)2.3 "Goal Shoolting" had low reliability value (0.3994)2.4 "Carry-the Ball-Around-the Cross Post" had rather hight reliability value (0.7021)2.5 The total aspect of the test had rather hight realibility value (0.6563)3. Normal criteria of The Constructed Soccer Skills Test was determind for the lower secondary School students in regard to the four subitems. It was computed through T-test and classified into 5 levels of ability in doing the test as follows : Very Good, Fair, Rather fair, Needs improvement.
