Abstract: การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อสร้างชุดฝึกปฏิบัติการ เรื่องการเก็บรักษาตัวอย่างพืชและสัตว์สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 และเพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการฝึกปฏิบัติการของนักเรียนโดยใช้ชุดฝึกปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2539 โรงเรียนเทศบาลบ้านสุขสำราญ อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 30 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่งง่าย เพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกปฏิบัติการ และโรงเรียนเทศบาลวารินวิชาชาติ อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 40 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงมา 1 ห้องเรียน เพื่อหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการฝึกปฏิบัติการของนักเรียน ใช้เวลาในการทดลอง 17 คาบ ๆ ละ 50 นาที การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการทดสอบคะแนนที ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้า พบว่า ชุดฝึกปฏิบัติการที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมาทั้ง 5 ชุด มีประสิทธิภาพเฉลี่ย 86.00/86.67 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณพ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้ มื่อวิเคราะห์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการฝึกปฏิบัติการโดยใช้ชุดฝึกปฏิบัติการสูงกว่าการทดสอบก่อนฝึกปฏิบัติการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract: The purposes of this study were to construct practical-learning packages on preserving plant and animal samples for Mathayom suksa I students with expected efficiency according to the standard criterion 80/80 and to investigate the practical achievement of the students taught by the practical-learning packages. The samples used for determining the efficiency of practical-learning packages were selected through random sampling. They were thirty Mathayom Suksa I students in the second semester of the academic year 1996 at "Suksumran" municipality school, Amphoe Warinchumrap, Ubonratchathanee province. In order to determine the achievement of the practical-learning packages, purposive random sampling was administered to one class at "Warinvichachat" municipality school, Amphoe Warinchumrap, Ubonratchathanee province.Seventeen periods with fifty minutes per period were spent during the experiment. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, arithmetic mean and t-test. The findings of the study revealed that the practical-learning packages, constructed by the researcher, had efficiency of 86.00/86.67 based on the standard criterion 80/80 as set. After analyzing the students' learning achievement through the use of t-test, it revealed that the mean of the posttest scores was higher than the one o the pretest scores with statistical significance of .01
