Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to study the difference of the individual factors and behavior, including the difference of the individual factors and satisfaction For this study research, the sample consisted 400 customers who used to visit TNET shop. A questionnaire was used as instrument of the data collection and the data analysis was done through the computer to find the statistical mean, average mean, standard deviation, t - test, one way anova analysis, the pair different by least Significant Difference (LSD) method.
The result output of this research were as follow :
1. In term of general information, it was found that majority of samples were male, aged between 12-18 years old, students with education of Bachelor Degree, earned less than 5,000 baht a month, already had personal computer set at residence and mostly visited TNET shop at least 3 times a week, with accessing duration about 1 to 2 hours for each visit, and accessing time was mainly during 15.01 - 17.00 Hrs. Besides, most of them got information through friend or teacher and they came to visit TNET shop because its location was near their residence. More further the samples, main had first priority reason to visit TNET shop was playing game. The favorite website was Google.
2. In term of satisfaction toward service of TNET shop, it was revealed that the samples satisfaction toward the service of TNET shop was in satisfied level for all aspect.
3. The study in different comparative between the individual factors that consisted of gender, age, education level, occupation and income per month and behavior. It found that there were statistically significant difference at.05 for the samplings with different age, education level, occupation, income per month, except in term of gender.
4. In term of individual factors including gender, age, education level, occupation, income per month in relation to satisfaction during the service provided by TNET shop. It found that difference age, education level and income per month led to different satisfaction toward the service of TNET shop at statistically significant difference at .05 level. However, for gender and occupation, there were no statistically significant differences.
